2012 training ground front runner kept in shape by Kestrel Contractors

The Park, which is used by Harlequins RFC for their own training, and was used after the Kestrel drainage and turf laying solution for the Rugby Womens World Cup, is a front runner for use as a training zone for British athletes in the 2012 Olympic Games.
Kestrel Contractors provided an extensive drainage solution for the Surrey Sports Park, including a five metre spaced comprehensive land drainage arrangement and a secondary split drainage solution placed at one metre intervals.
A spokes person for the Surrey Sports Park was of the opinion that they were ecstatic with the condition of the pitch. But now that the pitch looking fantastic and after staying dry all winter, they are all looking forward to hopefully welcoming the British Olympic athletes to train soon.
