Keep in mind that we receive hundreds of Spam posts daily and is very hard to manage.

periodical maintenance
We perform maintenance periodically and will clean up unused user accounts and sometimes find Spam posts we think is not Spam. We will mark those posts as not Spam and publish it. If your user account was deleted due periodical maintenance, just subscribe again for a new user account.
