He established his company Simonnæs Holding AS in ’95, and is one of the top real estate management companies in Norway now. The company now offers a wealthy array of services ranging from construction of new real estate properties from beginning to reconstruction, extension and structural planning as well. However, Simon himself did not envision such a big fortune awaiting him when he started his business. He just utilized his experience and just wanted to live life in a happier manner. He wanted money, but that he wanted for liberating himself and his family from financial worries, like most bread earners do. He is a genuine animal lover and spends his leisure time with his pets.
Those who know Simon rather closely would agree that he is indeed a very nice person. He is an outright professional when at work, as his long time friend and business partner Espen Døsvig realizes.
