Rea & Associates has published the full audio and transcript of a recent podcast that discussed how effective use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems can help businesses grow. In the recent episode, which was episode 85 of Rea’s financial services and business advisory podcast, Rea’s Dave Cain was joined by Mike Moran, the co-founder and president of Affiliated Resource Group, an IT implementation and professional services firm based in Columbus, Ohio. Their conversation on customer relationship management systems focused on the ways that business owners can leverage these tools in order to achieve goals and improve the efficiency and collaboration within a business.

According to Moran, most businesses initially look at CRM systems as administrative tools, as a way to automate sales and contact information. Beyond this function, Moran sees more diverse and valuable applications for the cloud-based software. “Anyone in the organization that’s using the system now has the ability to see what’s going on with our end users, what’s coming, going on with. Moran also discusses the benefits of CRM systems that involve collating and expediting all the various documents involved in a business relationship into a central location.
