 Perfectionist Director creates modern day caravan to ensure authenticity

Another show that is proof of this belief is the recently launched - Waqt Ne Kiya Kya Haseen Sitam, an epic tale of love & longing that is set in 1940s.

Considering that the show was a period drama the team, especially the director Haissam Hussain, who is known to be a perfectionist, wanted to use only authentic costumes, jewellery and props. The show was shot across many different location and sets and to ensure that the authenticity and continuity was maintained from one location to the other,all costumes, jewellery and props would travel with the cast and crew from location to location in different vans. At the end of the shoot at each location, when the crew packed and moved to a different location there were so many vans that set out on the road that it looked like a modern day caravan was travelling together.

Faced with the harshest situations during this separations, Hasan & Bano finally reunite in a new world which is completely different from the world that they once thought was a heavenly place.
