Mahabharat is an iconic saga that will always draw in a large audience, but it’s the young 15-24 yr olds who are less familiar with the story and need to be excited about the show. STAR PLUS has taken great efforts in presenting the epic in a ‘never experienced before’ avatar, mounted with never seen before scale and visuals.
In its 3 months run, the show has generated positive feedback from all quarters and managed to open very well and sustained interest week after week. Come 22nd November, the entry of the grown up Pandavas will stir the imagination of the audience. Given the special VFX effects being used for the show, the central point of the epic begins from here on. The beginning of events leading to the grand war will be showcased in a visually awe striking manner.
Arjun (played by Shaheer Sheikh), was considered the finest archer and a peerless warrior. He has been considered the hero of the epic as he was a great warrior, a dutiful son, a passionate lover, a loyal brother and a great human being.
Arjun fiercely led the battle from the front and never made decisions to harm anybody; he was a ruler in the true sense. From the pandavaas, he is respectful to the sentiments and values of others especially his mother and therefore cannot stand any injustice meted out to his family. He is righteous, has respect for his elders and there is nothing more important than obeying orders given.
Arjun is confident without being arrogant, he was known for his steadfastness and single mindedness in pursuing his goals
