Ishita Dutta to be seen in Life Ok’s next
Actress Ishita Dutta will be seen romancing Vatsal Seth in the upcoming show RishtonKaSaudagarBaazigar on Life OK. Ishita was last seen in the show EkGharBanaunga, which went off air in 2014, and then went on to play Ajay Devgn's daughter in Drishyam. Talking about her break from TV, she said, “When you are doing TV, you don't get time to do anything else. After EkGharBanaunga got over, I did some projects down south and also did Drishyam, where I played a very young girl. I also did a web series that will go on air soon. After finishing all these projects, I got an offer for this show. This show is like a fairy tale love story with a twist, something that hasn't been seen on TV. “
The actress also revealed that she gets to play a girl from Lucknow in this one. “I played a Lucknow girl in my last show and will again play a Lucknow girl in my new show! I was the last one to be cast for the show a couple of days before the cast was supposed to leave for Lucknow. Even for Drishyam, I was finalized a few days before they were supposed to leave for their Goa shoot. I think that this `last moment casting' is lucky for me, “she added.
Ishita also spoke about her elder sister Tanushree, whom she considers her mentor. “It's because of her that I am here. She is very happy that I am doing this show. She will also be coming back soon on screen as she is considering a few offers. She is also sad that with both of us shooting, we won't get to spend time together. We're making the most of the free time we have right now because my shooting schedule isn't that hectic currently, “she signed off.
