The Awards comprise of many categories and public nominations were invited through sms & online voting for achievements in Politics, Social Welfare, Entertainment, Music, Agricultural Science, Civil Services, Science and Technology, Literature, Sports, Visual Arts and Business. IBN-Lokmat viewers voted in large numbers for their favorite personalities through SMS & online by logging on to ibnlokmat.tv for online voting. The shortlisted nominees were present before the jury panel & now the winners would be felicitate in the grand award ceremony.
Eminent social activist Anna Hazaare, Air Chief Marshal Anilt Tipnis (Retd) will be the chief guests while several other dignitaries will grace the occasion. Glorious Award ceremony to be held in Ravidra Natya Mandir this Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 6 pm. Entry by invitation only.
