HOLI QUOTES FROM STAR PLUS ACTORS

AbhayVakil aka Raunak of STAR Plus’SilsilaPyaarKa

I love playing Holi since I was a child. One of my favorite festivals where I not only get to interact with friends annually but it is the only festival which also gives a club feeling with the DJ dancing in colors and bhaang and nonstop music and fun from morning till evening.

However this year I will be shooting for my show SilsilaPyaarKa hence Holi will be celebrated on sets itself. We did celebrate Holi on sets as a part of our shoot schedule where my character was in a complete celebration zone as it was my wife Kajal’s (Chhavvi Pandey) first Holi in Tiwari house. So I was busy dancing and celebrating my on screen marriage.

EktaKaul aka Riya of STAR Plus’Mere Angne Mein

My Holi is incomplete without putting color on my favorite idol, mentor, guru, leader. He is Sai Baba Ji. Where people put color on people I start my Holi by putting color on Sai Baba’s murti because he is my idol, my well-wisher, my friend and my guide. My parents stay in Jammu and hence he is my family there and here as well. My favorite color is red and yellow and I love playing Holi with my friends. We don’t use harsh colors and only play with gulaal and water

Madirakshi aka Sita of STAR Plus’Siya ke Ram

I worship God in the morning as we have a small puja at home. Since this time I will be on the sets we will do the puja here on sets itself. Apart from this I like to celebrate this auspicious day by playing dry Holi with my near and dear ones. I personally believe in conversation of water by not wasting it which is one of the ways of caring for the environment. I request all my fans this Holi to celebrate a dry one as we as an individual need to think of our environment

AnujaSathe aka Dharaa of STAR Plus’Tamanna

I'm person who loves environment and doesn't believe in playing with chemical colors. I've been playing a safe Holi only with organic colors since years now. This year it is going to be even more special as I'll be spending the day with my co-actors of Tamanna, shooting and playing dry holi on the sets.

Tridha Choudhury aka Swadheenta of STAR Plus’Dahleez

“Holi is one of the most special festivals in my life. It signifies love and affection towards loved ones and that is the message that I wish to spread to my fans and viewers as well. I have numerous memories of celebrating Holi with my family and friends back home in Kolkata. Luckily, I have found a wonderful family here on sets of Dahleez as well and I look forward celebrate with them this year. Here’s wishing everyone a very Happy Holi”

Harshad Arora aka Adarsh of STAR Plus’Dahleez

“The festival of Holi can be regarded as a celebration of the colours of Unity & Brotherhood - an opportunity to forget all differences and indulge in pure fun. Holi is the time to reach out to people not just with artificial colours but also with the colours of joy and affection. It is the time to express positivity & happiness. I hope everyone has a Holi which is filled with happy moments and colourful memories which they will be able to cherish forever.”

DevoleenaBhattacharjee aka GopiBahu of STAR Plus’SathNibhanaSathiya

“Holi is the festival of not only colors but also joy, dance and a lot of masti. I love celebrating holi the standard way people usually do. I start my day with a small puja at home followed by a good breakfast. Later all my friends meet at a common place and we play holi, put colors, dance, eat and rejoice the moment. By afternoon we all have a pot luck where we all share and eat as we get tired. Then is the time to sleep for long and at night we again catch up for a formal dinner. I have been following this for long now. It’s a day to celebrate with love ones”
