Shubhada Deshmukh, graduated from Nagpur University as a post-graduate in Social Work. She has since then dedicated her life towards helping communities. She has always been a staunch supporter of people’s initiatives and empowerment as  a the most efficient way to create a better society for all. Shubhada Deshmukh’s strategic guidance to help build capacities and organisations of marginalized groups, especially women has been path breaking. She has been awarded by Maharashtra Foundation Award and many more for her excellent services in empowering women in tribal area.
