DEEPIKA SINGH DOES ANOTHER DANCE PERFORMANCE ON DIYA AUR BAATI HUM
IPS Sandhya Rathi who has been living away from her family and Sagorika Das on the show has been going through a rough phase. While she is struggling to find out about Chandru, in the mean time she is working very hard to win the trust of the villagers.
For the upcoming sequence, the actress will be seen performing on popular
song Hotho Pe Aisi Baat from the movie Jewel Thief in a drunk state. The actress who has been working very hard on her character said, "I had to enact the role of a drunk woman, who randomly starts dancing before the villagers. I really enjoyed the way
the dance sequence was shot and choreographed as it has been very different from the ones that I have done before. Even the look that was given to me has never been done before in the show, hence it was even more exciting for me to be a part of this performance. Hotho Pe Aisi Baat has my favorite song, hence it was a task to match up to the brilliance of the veteran actress Vyjayanthimala and the way she had performed to the song in the film."
