In response to client demand to open more offices, Rey Kaizen has opened a structural training program to develop future business owners.

At Rey Kaizen we believe the core of any great program begins with structure, structure, structure! One person can excel at a job, but just one person can contribute only so much. That same person becomes great when they are able to take their own ability and replicate it in others. This is the point where they gain true value.

By utilizing a systematic approach to developing transferable skills, it is Rey Kaizen's goal to develop such valuable business owners. Each candidate starts at the ground level learning and replicating, learning and replicating until they have developed a self sustaining office based upon the same core concepts they learned from day one.

In every successful business each individual, while skilled, can always be replaced. In essence, in the words of Aristotle, "the value of the whole is far greater than the sum of its parts".
