Contributors tell their personal accounts of what they experienced while going through today’s popular diets and weight loss programs.

Carrollton, Texas USA, May 26, 2016 — Author Harry L. Winn at www.howellatthemoon.net recently announced that his book will be launched on May 26, 2016.

Personal Stories of Diet and Weight Loss and How They Do and Don’t Work is a compilation of personal accounts of what people experienced while going through today’s popular diets and weight loss programs.  Discussing challenges faced while following these programs, they tell their stories of how they lost the weight while maintaining feelings of happiness and satisfaction.

“To meet the needs of the average person, I share personal stories of like-minded persons who struggle with their weight.” says Harry Winn, author of his first book.

With this book, you can learn from mistakes and successes others have made following today’s popular diet and weight loss programs.

“…In the end, and if it’s your season, if you decide that it’s time to follow a diet or weight loss program, perhaps these stories will help you make an informed decision about which one to try—or to try next.”

Adopted at an early age, Harry Winn grew up in the 1960s and 70s in a humble home in Dallas, Texas with a loving family.  As he grew he became morbidly obese, and as a result sought to discover a weight loss program that offers lasting results while promoting feelings of happiness and satisfaction.

Harry Winn holds a master of education degree in higher education and works at an area university.  He is married and lives in Carrollton, Texas with his husband and two dogs.  He is continually engaged in self-help projects and is a proponent of leaving behind a small carbon footprint.  Learn more by visiting www.howellatthemoon.net.
