Two companies who specialise in rehabilitation equipment and assistive technology are travelling to REHACARE 2009 next month to provide the world with the most effective disability solutions.

Using the finest materials available and precision textile engineering, Care and Independence have created the world‘s most comfortable lifting sling - Glove Sling- which will be on display at REHACARE- the premier international exhibition for rehabilitation and assistive technology.

The slings are designed and manufactured using computer aided laser technology, which combined with the company‘s knowledge and experience sets Glove Slings apart from ordinary lifting slings and harnesses.

Using top quality fabrics and innovative design brings many benefits including enhanced tissue viability, greater safety, better comfort and easier use.

These differences have made Glove Slings the leading independent sling brand in the UK and now Care and Independence is looking for dedicated partners in other countries to share that success with.

Southern Care Systems are also hoping to forge new business links at the show. They will be showcasing a range of rehabilitation equipment including their portable gantry hoist system and H track hoist system, shower chairs and a mobile shower trolley that can be used in showers. The company is hoping the show will allow them to provide their assistive equipment to Europe enhancing patient‘s and carers needs.

Care and Independence and Southern Care Systems are part of the Spectra Care Group, an expanding UK organisation that consists of 7 companies, who are committed to manufacturing and distributing best value products within the healthcare and assistive technology market sector.

REHACARE 2009 will take place between 14-17 October 2009 at Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre and throughout the show Care and Independence and Southern Care will be located on the British Pavilion in hall 3 (stand A70-C).
