Kimesha Coleman Interviews with Dr. Jeanine Staples on The Supreme Love Summit

Dallas — Mar 28, 2016 — 21 of the best scholars, educators, and coaches in the world share key ideas and methods for rising above what’s blocking you from the love and life of your dreams. Dr. Jeanine Staples, host of the “Supreme Love Summit” interviews Transformational Coach, Kimesha Coleman, about healing terrors from abuse and the impact on your self-esteem. Dr. Jeanine Staples explains terrors as toxic words, thoughts, and actions that prompt and keep you connected to suffering. Dr. Staples further explains terrors can come from another person and also from you.

During the hour-long discussion on self-esteem, Kimesha Coleman tells of her own terrors which began in childhood and traveled into her adult life. Coleman tells of her broken boundaries after being molested by her uncle and her feelings of unworthiness which lead her into a cycle of abuse. Coleman admitted to being held at gun point by her teenage boyfriend and other episodes where he abused her. Coleman stated of how nice and good looking her boyfriend was in the beginning. She also mentioned that the abuse started with the unnoticeable non-aggressive abuse such as twisting her wrist and then it escalated to more abuse.

Coleman, author of "He Loves Me Not: Buried Tears of Betrayed Love", shares some of the techniques she personally used and now teaches to others on how to increase their self-esteem and self-love during the interview with Dr. Staples.

“If I could alleviate the obstacles by empowering teens and women with my story, then I have served my purpose,” Coleman said. “I want to be an inspiration and encourage them to never abandon themselves or their dreams.”
