Culinary grade pewter is AKA Britannia pewter alloy (lead & nickel free). They are made in the USA and have an amazing, wonderful detail, and are resistant to tarnish. They can be polished and cleaned much like sterling silver, though bench or abrasive polishing is not recommended.
