Very powerful, very beautiful guitar. She has the voice of an angel. This is an exceptional guitar, where her age has given the much desirable opening of the Spruce, giving her a soft buttery affect, that can still bring the sharpness and clarity of a note if desired. Blooming basses with driven mids and lilting trebles give us the epitome of the traditional build by the master of Illinois. She has a few nail marks and smallish dings, but nothing of consequence, except for one rasqueado looking mark on her lower bout, by where your arm would touch the guitar. That’s a weird one, but it’s there. Regardless, her voice and play exceed expectation.
