Excellent workmanship by Sergei, as expected. The choice of woods is superb as it actually fooled me into thinking it was Cedar topped. In fact, she is quite dark Swiss Spruce, with beautiful markings on the top, bearclaw and medullar rays that give her a rather striking effect. She has numerous slight fingernail marks along the rosette and treble areas, as expected by a guitar that has been played. She suffers nothing for it, except for her price, which is reflective of her honest play wear. An end-pin was installed on the butt for those that may wish to use a strap for standing. No effect, I didn’t realize she had it at first, so no worries. An excellent small venue guitar or for your personal studio, certainly. She plays very well, is in very good shape, better than I originally thought. The woods are very striking.
