A graduate of Luthiers International School of Building and Repair, Seth has clearly been honing his craftsmanship and his attention to detail. The guitar he sent is exquisitely done, very clean all around with a focused voice, clarity and sustain. She is built in the Hauser fashion, thus a quieter more intimate voice that has loads of musicality and expression. Neck angles are very good, keeping the action moderate and easy to play. Additionally, the guitar is very pretty. The Ziricote is a wonderful touch given its beauty and its legality across country lines. Additionally, it lends a warmth to the clarity that might be surprising. We are very happy to represent Seth here in NY. ____________ Media Listening with high quality headphones or audio equipment is highly recommended including EQ manipulation, if possible. We record everything flat with just a touch of Reverb to relieve dryness. My goal is to record the guitar as realistically as is possible. I speak in the recordings, my thoughts about the guitar (and possibly other things?). My speaking also serves to give you my first impressions and to also give you a balance of the engineering (or lack thereof) versus the sound of the guitar.
