Action  4.5mm – 3.9mm low E to high E 12th fret unfretted CITES  Ineligible – Paperwork is not available for this guitar 2020 Darren Hippner Hauser #1002 Spruce Brazilian RW Comments Darren and I have been working together since 2003, where he has always impressed with the modeling and building of his guitars, his deep, instinctive knowledge, coupled with his extreme work ethic.  He built a number of Hauser models just recently, cherry picking one for me and the gallery. The woods are phenomenal, her sound decidedly clean and pure in her voices and separation.  The play on her is gorgeous. Powerful, musical and expressive with easy play.  I found her round and warm sounding, with the expected bells of the trebles, exhibiting excellent balance throughout her ranges. Don’t allow the Action numbers to throw you off as the fretboard is canted in the style of Hauser.  A canted neck will have a touch higher action, but with the radius of the fretboard and the flat-ish neck profile, she plays quite easily. The Brazilian RW back & sides are some choice woods with some expected checking in the Rosewoods.  You can see this checking in the various photos.  The guitar plays and sounds as sweet as possible.  An excellent guitar by Darren Hippner. __________ Media Listening with high quality headphones or audio equipment is highly recommended including EQ manipulation, if possible.
