Clear voices, nice booming basses with enviable separation, she plays effortlessly. For me personally, it is tough getting used to the 7th string, but a little time and patience, with a Drop D in the 7th, it opens up a world of possibilities. Weiss gets a bit easier, as does anything in Drop D. Of course, you can tune it any way you wish. This guitar was designed as a 7 string, versus a 6 string conversion. Thus the string spacings, nut width, etc are set perfectly. The guitar also has an LR Baggs Anthem pickup installed. The setup was professionally accomplished Condition of the guitar is very good. Numerous superficial nail marks in and around the rosette. There are some slight nail marks in the finish and typical swirling and wear of the back french polish. They are insignificant. Please call me to discuss at 631-335-5447 The Ivory Gilberts are an elegant addition to the guitar, as well as Rich’s unique rosette and binding work. Media Reigen Tanz: MP3 Available Here!
