I personally see this bill as an extension of that sort of protection.” Under the bill, those found smoking in a vehicle with a minor present would be found guilty of a violation and be handed a fine of $100. No smoking cigarettes is a no-brainer, however small accidents can also be triggered by mess and trash being left in that same refined space. I luckily do not smoke, and I have actually been able to train my 2 infant twins to toss any trash directly into the automobile trash can, making our vehicle protected from any unanticipated health hazard.”
