We all have just one life and life does not give us a second chance. And what if you learn about the failure of your love when you don’t have too long to live? This is the story of Mohit, a 20 year old well-to-do boy from Delhi, Mohit met Arya after a drunken night at a club. They hit it off immediately and soon started dating. Mohit was completely smitten with Arya and he expressed his feelings by pampering her with expensive gifts and gestures. Both of them were madly in love with each other and their lovestory was a picture perfect.
Mohit was willing to do anything for Arya, and did so too. On the other hand, when Mohit asked Arya to stop talking to one of her friends, Kim, as she was having a negative impact on Arya, she got defensive and said she would agree only if he gave up on his friends that she did not like. In spite of this, everything was sailing along smoothly until the day when during a regular check up Mohit discovered that he had Cancer. His world came crashing around him at this news, his only solace being that when he told Arya about the news she was supportive and said that she would be by his side through every stage of the illness. However, that is not what transpired. Whenever Mohit had to go for his treatments, Arya would always be late, and at times not turning up at all. The reason she gave Mohit was that she had a lot of college assignments. One day, after his Chemotherapy sessions, Mohit asked Arya to visit him and spend the evening with him. To which she begged off saying she had some important work. The same evening, Mohit’s sister called him and told him that she had just seen Arya enter a nightclub with a girl. On describing her, Mohit realised that the girl wasKim.
Furious at the fact that he was being lied to, Mohit goes to the club in spite of his ill health. There he finally spots Arya and confronts her. When he finds out the reason for her unfaithfulness, Mohit is completely shattered.What is the real reason for Arya’s behaviour? Was she just attracted to Mohit for his money?
