Ex-student of University of Texas, Brownsville, Subho Chakraborty, this week officially published his personal story of the racial discrimination, hazing and assault, he experienced during his time at the University. Now a victim of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Chakraborty felt it was extremely important to throw light on the abuses and untoward events that are often swept under the carpet by US Universities, in order to preserve their reputations.

“My freedom of speech, civil rights, and personal safety were deliberately violated and threatened at the University of Texas, Brownsville,” said Chakraborty. “People don’t want to talk about uncomfortable topics like these, but there is a serious racial discrimination problem in this country today. This “book-let” draws attention towards the realities facing American universities today, and a full detailed book will follow sometime soon.”

“Racial Discrimination on International Student in Texas University” is an Amazon Kindle book now available for purchase for only 99 cents.  Please find the book here - http://www.amazon.com/Racial-Discrimination-International-Student-University-ebook/dp/B01DI4MJBC?ie=UTF8&*Version*=1&*entries*=0

Mr. Chakraborty has also started an Indiegogo campaign to raise some funds to get a professional video made, detailing all the untoward incidents he had to endure in the Rio Grande Valley. The ask is about $6000 for the documentary film and the denominations of money sought is low as can be, starting from $1. This “not for profit” fundraising campaign is live right now and can be found here - https://www.generosity.com/fundraising/a-film-about-racism-i-suffered-in-a-texas-college/x/12725497

Mr. Chakraborty has created a website to accompany the book release, and supplement all the proof and materials to the abuses suffered. For more information and documentation on the shockingly truthful book, please visit: http://www.racialutb.info/home.html
