Top Management Consortium Honors Arun Jaura for Commitment to Sustainability and Innovative Technology
PUNE, March 22, 2010 … Arun Jaura, vice president Technology and head of India Engineering Center was honored with Excellence award by The Top Management Consortium (TMC), Pune for his immense work in the areas of Sustainable solutions and innovative technologies. The award was given by the Honorable Governor of Tripura, DY Patil, on March 10, 2010.
The Top Management Consortium (TMC) felicitated 24 eminent people, including government officials, social workers and businessmen, with ´Awards of Excellence 2008-2009.‘ The TMC is a forum where government, public and private sectors come together and solve problems of industry, trade and society at large and has been active since 1990. The main objective of the award is to have a strong and active TMC forum wherein knowledge can be shared and applied for reducing poverty and empowering the poor.

TMC president Bahri BR Malhotra in his opening remarks said the awards were instituted to confer recognition on achievers from various fields and encourage them to achieve greater heights in their respective fields. The TMC forum comprised top management representatives from the industry, administration, academia and other fields who interacted with top bureaucrats to discuss solutions to pressing problems in the city.
