The VEA Group Inc. Has been in business since 2003 and has expanded rapidly in all areas of real estate investing. It firmly believes that training is the key to moving forward in real estate business.

To this end, Madeleine Ficaccio, founder of The VEA Group Inc, offers Real Estate Mentorship Program where she imparts training on several aspects of real estate business. Through this program, people learn how to get set up for flips and long term holds.

“I will teach you how to market your business,” says Madeleine Ficaccio, adding further, “I will help analyze these deals and most importantly, will teach you how to analyze these deals and where to go with them from there.”

Through her Real Estate Mentorship Program, she has passed on her love for learning, and has helped others achieve their goals.

Madeleine Ficaccio joined the Alberta Real Estate Investment Network (REIN), and within a few years achieved over a 100 deals and was awarded as Diamond REIN Member. Through her Group, she also achieved Top Ten Alberta South three years in a row (2005, 2006, and 2007).

The VEA Group lays emphasis on extensive marketing campaigns that target undervalued homes and foreclosures. These are bought, renovated, flipped, held with JV partners, or put under contract and wholesale to other investors.

It is all this experience in the real estate field that Madeleine Ficaccio has put in her Real Estate Mentorship Program. After graduating as Legal Secretary from Career College in 1986, she worked in Real Estate law for 2 years. In 1994, she graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.

Between 2002 and 2006, she advanced her education in areas of Creative Real Estate, undergoing courses, with focus on Robert Allen Protégé, Foreclosures, Joint Ventures, RRSP Mortgages, Creative Home Selling, Ron Legrand Boot Camps, Renovations, Multi Family Investing, and Commercial Investing, among others.

Madeleine Ficaccio is helped by her husband, Dan Ficaccio in the Real Estate Mentorship Program. He is equally well-trained in real estate and has also achieved the status of Diamond REIN Member. He teaches a few topics under the Program and helps resolve the property FAQs of the students.

The next Mentorship Program is slated to begin on May 6, 2010.

“I will teach you how to buy, how to sell, how to build investor relationships and how to landlord,” says Madeleine Ficaccio, adding further that the students will learn “how to fill properties with tenants, how to market vacancies, best type of leases, dealing with evictions, renovations and what is worth spending money on, how to raise rents and at what times to do it, among other topics, from Dan.”
