“Leaving Montana,” is about to be released by Sakura Publishing. Written by Thomas Whaley, the book is an emotional debut that follows the struggle of Benjamin Sean Quinn with his inner demons. It’s not until he returns to Billings, Montana that he confronts the truth behind the painful memories he has of his parents.

About the author:
Thomas Whaley was born in 1972 and lived on Long Island all his life. He left his life in the Big Apple to become a school teacher at the age of 27. Having penned several children’s books, Whaley has made the move to writing for a mature audience.

The intended age range for “Leaving Montana,” is according to Whaley, “Adults of all ages. I believe that when a fictional story is based on the experiences of family dysfunction and personal journey, anyone reading it can relate to it somehow.”
