RPMxPowersports looks to make a big splash in the Mexican coastal town

(Puerto Penasco, Mexico)  RPMxPowersports is going full throttle as the latest start-up company in Puerto Penasco, Mexico catering to locals and American tourists.

The business, which initially launched three months ago, specializes in a wide variety of powersports for extreme enthusiasts -- including ATV's, UTV's, Jet Ski's, side-x-side, motorcross, motorcycles, and scooters.

"One our partners, who has more than four decades of experience in the powersports industry, decided to retire in Puerto Penasco," said Rick Busa -- principle at RPMxPowersports.  "It became apparent upon his arrival that this coastal town could benefit from his expertise.  This ultimately led to the birth of our company."

Puerto Penasco, known to many Americans as Rocky Point, benefits from a constant flow of tourists due to its close proximity to Phoenix, San Diego, and other cities in both the U.S. and Mexico.  This is especially true when big annual events are held.

"We will be participating in this year's Rocky Point Rally, which is scheduled in November," said Denny McQueen.  The principle at RPMxPowersports says it is the greatest motorcycle rally south of the border.  "You can't beat four days of bikes, sunshine, music, and parties at the Sea of Cortez."

Although RPMxPowersports hopes to fill up its motorcycle helmets full of cash, it also plans to be heavily involved with local charity.  Busa and McQueen say it is absolutely critical that they give back to the community.  One of the local charities that will benefit is The Youth Sports Foundation of Puerto Penasco.
