(Free Press Release) ELegs is a bionic exoskeleton for people paralyzed from the waste down, that when worn, gives them the power to stand and walk on their own. Studio B Films was contacted by the Berkley-based robotics lab in September to quickly turned around a five and a half minute video that would launch their revolutionary new product. Since Berkeley Bionics posted the piece on YouTube on October 7th, it it has rapidly gone viral, receiving almost 450,000 views in under a week. Studio B accredits some of the video‘s success to Amanda Boxel‘s emotional interview and joyous spirit.
“It was a moving experience to witness and document. Amanda‘s joy and enthusiasm was infectious,” says producer Maris Curran.
The video features testimonials from three individuals who sustained paraplegic injuries, taking their first steps after only a few hours in the ELegs.
Eythor Bendor, Berkley Bionics‘ new CEO and who will be speaking in San Antonio at a TEDx conference October 16th, had nothing but praises for Studio B Films‘ "They understood exactly what we wanted and worked seamlessly with us to produce videos that exceeded our expectations in every possible way.

And the fact that their video went viral on YouTube, Bendor says “That was the icing on the cake.”
