Indore Television’s most sought after awards are back! Star Parivaar Awards 2014 arrived in Indore with a bang and a bevy of stars from the Star Plus family to announce the grand celebrations! Star Plus’ most popular characters Sooraj from Diya Aur Baati Hum, Saras from Saraswatichandra and Nach Baliye 6 winners - Rithvik and Asha entertained the Indorians as a part of the ‘Aapka Star Aapke Shehar’ that encourages fans to meet their favorite stars in their city! The superstars of the small screen are on nation-wide drive to thank fans for their undying support and love prior to the mega awards on Star Plus.
The bustling city of Indore was full of joy and celebrations when four of its favorite stars graced the city. Sooraj, Saras, Rithvik and Asha met at the historic location of Rajwada and left their fans spell bound. The stars surprised the onlookers as they broke into a flash mob that was beautifully choreographed for the charming audicance of Indore. This was followed by a spectacular act put up by Nach Baliye 6winners Rithvik and Asha that engulfed one and all!
When it came to hospitality, Indorians ensured they did full justice to the reputation of being known as one of the food capitals of India. An ardent fan showcased his culinary skills as he presented a five feet long cup cake for the stars indeed a sweet gesture. The taste buds also dragged the entertainers to the popular eatery streets Chappan Dukan and world famous Sarafa bazaar at Indore. From tasting the delicious chats to indulging in mouth-watering savories, the stars ensured they had tasted all that the city had to offer in one day.
An elated Sooraj played by Anas Rashid said, “It was great coming to Indore for Star Parivaar and meeting our fans closely. We got a chance to bond with the people that have helped us come this far. All of us have fallen in love with Indore and its warmth.”
“The city and its people have reserved a beautiful part in our memories forever and we look forward to seeing them join us in the biggest celebration and reunion of our large family with Star Parivaar.” said Gautam Rode popularly known as Saras.
Nach Baliye 6 winners Rithvik and Asha took the opportunity to thanked their fans who played a major role in their win. An emotional Asha said, “The city always manages to surprise us. We have met fans of all age groups and its was indeed an overwhelming experience to know that they have followed our journey so closely during Nach Baliye. A performer can give his or her best if they have a lovely audience and this is where Indorians didn’t let us down even today.”
