ServiceMaster Restoration by Zaba extends an open invitation to the surrounding community with a welcome to the grand opening of its ServiceMaster Skokie headquarters located at 3909 West Howard Street. The celebration kicks off Friday, March 17 at 10:30 a.m. and lasts until 1:30 p.m. The official ribbon cutting takes place at 11 a.m., with a special appearance by Skokie’s Mayor Mr. George Van Dusen. Owners Diana Rodriguez-Zaba and Neil Zabadneh plan a festive reception that combines the fun of a neighborhood meet and greet with tours of the new facilities. There will be light appetizers, refreshments, and plenty of giveaways.
Diana and Neil welcome residents, business owners, property supervisors, facility managers and insurance agents throughout the community. Everyone is invited to learn more about the company's capabilities and how it serves surrounding neighborhoods with water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, carpet cleaning, mold remediation and specialized cleaning services. Diana and Neil kindly request that guests bring a non-perishable food item to help support the Niles Township School Pantry.
The new location lets Neil and Diana work closer to home as they’ve been Skokie residents since 2009. Their children attend Devonshire Elementary, and the family enjoys being an active part of the surrounding community. Local outreach has always been a core mission for Diana, Neil and their team, and they plan on continuing their company's ongoing commitment to giving back here in Skokie. Diana’s community outreach efforts recently earned recognition from the Loyola School of Business with a nomination for the school’s Illinois Family Business of the Year Award.
