TVSAS, a local satellite installation company, have just completed one of their largest projects to date which took almost two years to complete. In combination with social housing group, Housing Solutions, TVSAS fitted brand new duel feed aerials to every tenant on the Evenlode Estate in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
Housing Solutions are a leading provider of affordable homes in the South East of England. They manage and maintain more than 8,000 properties currently and also maintain a comprehensive repair and maintenance service. Housing Solutions have managed the Evenlode Estate in Maidenhead for several years and when a fire damaged much of the outside of most of the properties Housing Solutions needed to bring in a team of experts to begin the repairs.
The Evenlode Estate, which had a major overhaul in 2011, houses many residents who rely on social housing. After the fire many of the residents complained that their TV reception was poor and a stable new environment was needed. This is where TVSAS, with their team of experts, came into action, improving the reception for the whole of the Evenlode Estate.
Local resident, Harriet Shipton says, “I can now watch and record my favourite programmes which I was unable to do before. For someone who spends a lot of time at home I really need good TV reception and I’m so pleased now I can keep up to date with all of my favourite shows.”
Local TV and satellite company TVSAS installed duel feeds at every flat on the estate when it was found that everyone’s reception was so poor.
