SANDHYA TOUCHES THE SKY

From Cycling to running with tires this bahu of Indian television has done it all to prove it that she has the will to achieve what she strives for. Sandhya from STAR Plus’s Diya aur Baati Hum, who started off her journey of becoming an IPS officer is now heading towards the final leg of the race. With the will and the urge to give in the best in every task, she has bagged the position in the top contenders and even impressed IPS Singh with her never dying attitude.

In the next leg of the race this Bahu will be seen making it big in the sky. In the upcoming  track, Sandhya played by Deepika Singh, will be seen diving from the 1800 feet in the show making her the only bahu on Indian Television who has done something as adventurous as jumping from the sky.

When contacted Sandhya she said, “I was scared when I was told that we were getting permission to do this extensive task. The development of the task happened when I got an offer to do Paratrooping for my personal experience because of the hard work that we all have been putting in the show. One thing led to another and we got the permission to shoot at the academies’ runway. It was a

great experience. I had never done something like this in my life. We are very thankful to all the people who were behind us shooting and getting permission for such difficult sequences.”

Catch Sandhya’s Paratrooping task on Diya Aur Baati hum from 24th March, Monday to Saturday at 9 pm only on STAR Plus!
