Speaking about his groundbreaking journey on LegendSpeak, Ritesh Agarwal, Founder and CEO - OYO said, “Starting outrequires a great deal of conviction and self-belief. We faced considerablechallenges in the initial phase including lack of funds and resources. It was also tough to convince hotel-owners to participate in a new model of doing business. But through sheer grit and the team’s commitment, we pulled through to create what is today India’s largest hotel-network.”
Speaking to upcoming entrepreneurs he added, “It’s important to have an idea that solves a real problem but that is only half the battle. The real test of an entrepreneur is execution. People say you need experience to start your own business, but what reallyhelps you grow are your failures. It is only when you come to terms with them and see them as something to gain from, that you will really be on the path to success.”
