Rakshanda joins Jhilmil… cast at 200
The much admired and talented lady of the small screen, Rakshanda Khan has joined the cast of Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga. Rakshanda’s character, Kusum will emote shades of grey and play elder sister to the shows male lead, Pankaj Tiwari aka Aakash. The show just hit a double century and the 200 episodes completion celebrations were kick started with Rakshanda giving her first shot for the show. When we caught up with Rakshanda on the sets, she couldn’t hide her joy. For her a call from the office of Rajshri’s head honcho, Sooraj Barjatya was a pleasant surprise and without even bothering to listen to her character script she accepted to act in Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga.…after all its not every day that one gets such an lucrative offer.
