Rochester, NH (November 7) - Phase 2, a leading medical device manufacturer has achieved a notable milestone in being listed as one of Business New Hampshire magazine’s Private top 100 companies. The contract manufacturing company, which opened its doors in 1995 and assembles, tests and packages single use medical devices for OEMs, achieved number 99 out of 100 in the rankings. But, more importantly it ranked eighth highest in overall revenue growth.

“We’re thrilled to make the BNH Top 100 list, said Adam Prime, President at Phase 2. “We owe our incredible revenue growth to our clients and our dedicated, hard working employees who have done so much to implement lean medical device manufacturing principles in our daily routine. Over the past two years, Phase 2 has expanded its medical device manufacturing space by 50 percent to include a second, large cleanroom as well as managerial offices.

As a high quality medical device manufacturer, Prime credits part of the company’s rapid rise to its ability to respond quickly and flexibly to client’s needs.   Much of that capability is due to a work force that is highly motivated and well trained, thanks to several New Hampshire job training grants, which the company has matched. "Our desire is to enter into a true partnership to get great products  out on time. We’re pretty proud that we’re able to work hard and deliver what we say we will," Prime said.
