Multiple Arts One Platform-Mele ka Big Star Season 2
Talent knows no age, no boundaries. And this week of BIG MAGIC’s show Mele Ka BIG Star Season 2 proves just that! The unique talent hunt which has scoured through 10 different melas from Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar brings together the most outstanding performers who have enthralled local audiences in the region for a long time.
Hosted by television actor Vipul Roy and being judged by Indian folk singer Malini Awasthi with Bhangra musician Ashok Masti, Mele Ka BIG Star Season 2 has now reached its fourth week of the auditions phase. Every Monday to Wednesday, the episodes of Mele Ka BIG Star Season 2 feature three outstandingly talented contestants with varied qualities making them interesting and unique. This week, the episodes will feature a mother-daughter dancing duo from Saharanpur, a Rangoli artist from Raipur, a Qawwali singer from Aligarh, a Magician from Udaipur, a Human Puppet show from Delhi, and also a skating dancer from Gwalior among other contestants. Out of these uniquely gifted performers, one contestant from each episode will be selected to be a part of the Gala Round on in the Thursday episode following which one Finalist will be selected to be a part of the Finale Week.
With only entertainment on their minds, our judges have their tasks cut out of them as they work together to ensure that the best of the best talent makes it to the Grand Finale of Mele Ka BIG Star Season 2. The contestants have their work cut out for them with a grand prize, respect, recognition and belief in their unique abilities at stake. So, who will buckle under the pressure and who will get one step closer to proving they’re the true star?
