More than 150 Nos of participants including Lube field officers from Maharashtra, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh and MP have attended the Conference. Shri K.L Murthy, ED (Lubes), HO and other officials from HO and MPSO inaugurated the function by lighting of lamp. ED (Lubes) HO gave the overview on global lubricant market scenario as well as Indian lubricants market trend. He emphasized on the available strength of IOC, market dynamics and opportunity for our stockists network. He uttered that customer connect through constant visit will help in sustaining business for any industry. He has also elaborated A,B,C,D & E theory on modern marketing which broadly says that A for Availability/Acceptability/Accessibility/Appealing/Affoftadibilty , B- Bonding with Customer, C- Communication flow at all level, D-Design of effective software and E for Environment friendly. Shri P. Arogya Kumar, DGM (Ops), MPSO and officiating GM, MPSO welcomed the participants and gave his thought provoking speech on Lubricants market. Shri Gautam S Gajbhiye GM (LC) has assured availability of product in time to meet the demand of volatile market. Shri TSR Gopalarao, GM (ILS) spoke on shifting of customer loyalty towards service and not on price alone. Shri D. Bhattacharjee, DGM (RLS) detailed regarding Corporation’s preparedness towards technology driven tools to combat competitive market scenario. There were two syndicate presentations by stockists to improve our market participation in bazaar sector as well as Industry. Performing stockists were felicitated by ED (lubes), HO and other senior officials present on the occasion. One outside faculty was hired to deliver inspiring speech on “Live Life Happily”.  Shri S.K Haldar, SRSM (L), MPSO proposed vote of thanks to the gathering for their whole hearted support to make the event successful.  The entire programme was managed professionally by team MPSO with the guidance of HO.
