Reutlingen, February 2014. In Milan, from 18 to 21 March, the annual Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE), one of the most important trade fairs in Europe for the HVAC industry will be for the 39th time. MEZ-TECHNIK is naturally not letting this opportunity slip and will present an extract from its product range in Hall 22, Stand A49 B52.
This year, MEZ-TECHNIK is again exhibiting at the MCE 2014, in the metropolis of Milan in Northern Italy. In 20 halls, the world-famous trade fair will again accommodate the biggest and most influential companies in installation and air conditioning technology and from the renewable energies sector. This year's edition of the trade fair is being held under the motto “Global Comfort Technology”, which, in turn, is divided into the four subject areas of warn, cold, water and energy.
At the MEZ-TECHNIK stand, there will be new and tried-and-tested products to discover from the ventilation industry in the fields of production, installation and chemicals/service. Linguistic and technical support will be provided by the Italian cooperation partner, Morelli S.p.A. A highlight at the trade fair stand will be the universally implementable MEZ-GALV-OFF, a zinc remover and cleaner for various metal surfaces of sheet metal processing machines and tools. It facilitates a higher service life and a good technical condition for the machine that is cleaned with it and thereby naturally also ensures consistent high quality of the produced parts.
Another eye-catcher at the MEZ-TECHNIK trade fair stand will be the first MEZ-RIVCLINCH clinch machine that has specifically been developed for air duct engineering. The trade fair visitors can experience the diverse features of the fully-pneumatic joining press at live presentations. The MEZ-RIVCLINCH is particularly convincing due to its speed and its flexible implementation options. It creates one rectangular and sealed clinch point per second (TÃœV-certified according to DIN EN 1507:2006) and clinches in only on lift with 35 kN at 5-6 bar. The unique, flexible matrix concept furthermore ensures that the same tool of up to 3.6 mm can be used for all sheet metal and material thicknesses in air duct production.
Naturally, the tried-and-tested MEZ product will also be available to inspect at the trade fair stand. Among other things, for example, the MEZ-SYPHON-FLANGE with injected MEZ-BLUEMASTIC-GEL sealing gel, with which tightness classes C and D can be achieved. The MEZ-blue sealing gel is certified according to VDI 6022 and is now also available in an RAS-DuctZipper, using the SealJet injection device. Furthermore, it is currently being tested with other machines for air duct production. The MEZ-DUCTSUPPORT MS (type Strut) installation rails in various material thicknesses with a variety of accessories will also be presented to the trade fair visitors. Last but not least, MEZ-TECHNIK is also presenting its MEZ-ZIP-CLIP universal wire cable system. The system is available in various versions (concrete anchor, lug, carabiner, etc.) and lengths, or also on reels with separate locks and therefore represents a time-saving and cost-effective alternative to traditional types of installation.
