Indonesia’s largest cable operator upgrades to Smart Pack 8.5, latest version of Amdocs’ pre-integrated billing and customer care solution to support continued growth in network footprint and expansion of broadband and Pay-TV product portfolio

 

Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems and services, today announced that LinkNet, Indonesia’s largest cable operator, has signed a multi-year license and services extension for Amdocs CES Multi-Play Smart Pack, a pre-integrated customer care and billing solution for cable operators with convergent offerings. 

            LinkNet, which conducts business under the First Media brand, is one of Indonesia’s leading fixed broadband and Pay-TV service providers, delivering high-speed Internet services to residential, retail and business customers. LinkNet determined that Amdocs Smart Pack met its needs for an integrated subscriber management system that can support rapid business growth and greater complexity.
