Mumbai, July 2014: The much celebrated ‘Hot Seat’ of the most popular game show on Indian television Kaun Banega Crorepati will now travel across the length and breadth of the country giving the common man an opportunity to experience the magic of the game right in their city and also reach the KBC hot seat. This time around the KBC Aapke Shehar will travel across the heartland for over 3 months and visit 100 cities.
The promotional event will travel to 100 cities across India starting from Barabanki, Gwalior, Shajahanbad travelling across cities like Varanasi, Allahabad, Jhansi, Mathura, Meerut, Dehradun, Bareilly, Gwalior, Ranchi, Jamshedpur and finally Darbhanga in Bihar. In each city the activity will be on for 2 days culminating in an event where few lucky participants from the city will get an opportunity of a simulated experience of sitting on the “Hot Seat” and answering questions asked by Mr. Bachchan from a recorded video. This season the lucky winners not only stand a chance of coming on the hot seat and winning big prize money, but can be lucky to earn the opportunity to sit on the actual hot seat opposite Mr. Bachchan on KBC as a wild card contestant which will be telecast on Sony Entertainment Television.
