Development comprises of many aspects especially for a country like India with a population of over a billion people and many of them living in conditions of dire poverty and destitute. For India to be known as a developed nation or a strong global economy everything begins at infrastructural and social development. Better roads, communication connectivity, a stronger manufacturing sector and better irrigation facilities could be the key to a better developed nation. Today as global economies grow with technological advancements, India too needs focus on technology and growth.

Infrastructure promotes equitable growth and provides more opportunities in terms of transport, education and employment.Young Indians today want to elect a government that will bridge the gap between policy formulation and implementation that is one of the biggest problems in India. The new government should be capable of eliminating corruption and formulating policies and agendas that focus on development in all sectors right from agriculture, manufacturing, infrastructure, technology etc. Currently there are quite a few schemes that have been implemented by the UPA government like the Bharat Nirman Plan, an investment of 1000 crores for youth training programs and many more.
