“I had to eat raw fish for a scene,” says Oscar winning actress Jennifer Lawrence

The actress recalls a once in a lifetime experience she had while shooting for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

From losing an incredible amount of weight to going bald, actors are doing it all to make the characters they play on-screen, more believable. Staying true to this form of method acting, Jennifer Lawrence took extremity and dedication to a different level all together in order to get into the skin of her character, Katniss Everdeen, while shooting for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

While talking about the most difficult scene from the movie, Jennifer cringingly said, “I had to eat a raw fish! And not like a sushi raw fish.  I held a fish and had to eat it. And for the record, it tastes exactly how it smells.” Further talking about how the crew of the movie motivated her to do it she said, “They kept saying its Sushi and I am like, I am beholding it and I don’t like fish. But no, I don’t care, give me some soy sauce on it and give me some rice.”

The second film of ‘The Hunger Games’ trilogy will witness Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and fellow tribute Peeta Mellark’s safe return after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games. But winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour" of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) - a competition that could change Panem forever.

The dark adventure-thriller Hollywood flick is set to release in India on 6th December and will release in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
