Mix in the paprika and cook for another minute while adding the tomatoes, puree and the chicken stock. Bring this mixture to boil and keep stirring.

Then, throw in the thyme and season it with salt and pepper as desired. Add the meat and stir well to incorporate all the ingredients.Let this cook in the oven for about 2 hours by covering it tightly. Once done, garnish it with the oregano leaves.
