If the paint cracking happens to be inside, you will need to make a solution of one part bleach and three parts water to stop the mildew buildup. For outer surface of the house, use the pressure washer and the pressure washer mixture to clean it.
If the paint on your residence is starting to fade, that is also a good time to repaint. This happens most often outside the home where there is direct sunlight almost for the whole day. To avoid fading, never use bright or bold colors like red. If you want colors that feature prominently, try ones that are golden or with a ruddy tone or hire some portrait painting.
