- Prepare the oven to 400 degrees. Then, start tossing the broccoli in the mixture of garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, and olive oil. Roast for around 20 minutes.
- Start working on the kelp noodles to soften in hot water.
- Then, as the broccoli cooks, heat the oil in the pan and cook the leeks for around eight minutes. Wait for them to melt.
- The kelp noodles should be added to the melted leeks, and cooked for around eight minutes.
- Then, add in the broccoli and add in some rosemary, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Garbanzo beans can be used for added protein. But the pasta can stand even without these beans, depending on the choice.
