Going to China as an AU Pair is a good choice?

13, October 2015: Recently we got more inquires of applying au pair position to China. For the people who is currently out of China and want to know more about how this program works, we are had interviewed with 2 AU Pairs who are already in China.

Hallen had quite a motivation for her au pairing to China since she studied Asian culture in her university and she really enjoyed her life now in Shanghai. Curl was curious of everything about China since he finished his university and he planned to join this program as a test water to see if he is really fit for the living in China. The quite interesting truth is that Hallen is planning to move back China after her graduation and Curl will start to be an English teacher after his contract finishing. 1. Interested of Chinese language and willing to study mandarin;
2. Willing to work with the children and Chinese family;
3. Having a huge interest of Chinese cultures;
If you fit them above all. Then you are a perfect candidate to be an Au pair in China.

BUT if you are:
1. Planning to move to China and want to get a visa ONLY as using this program as a springboard;
2. Dislike children;
3. Seeking free boarding and lodging without return;
4. Planning to earn money on this program and send back to support your family in your home country;
Then you are not fit for the Au pair program in China since no agency or family like to be used and AU Pair position actually is not a job in China since you can only get the limited allowance on the financial aspect.
