Four Bizagi customers among finalists in the WfMC BPM Awards 2013

Bizagi’s ability to deliver some of the most demanding BPM projects globally has been confirmed by independent BPM experts

Co-sponsored by WfMC and BPM.com, the Global Awards for Excellence in BPM & Workflow recognize user organizations that have excelled in implementing innovative business process solutions to meet strategic business objectives.

Four Bizagi customers were selected based on the innovation of the solution deployed, scope and scale of the implementation and business benefits achieved.  Bizagi finalists are:

  • Adidas implemented seven projects to date and delivered automation across various departments including supply chain, marketing, finance, retail and eCommerce, demonstrating Bizagi’s flexibility and suitability to address multi-functional needs of global organizations by delivering quantifiable operational efficiencies in each project
  • Anida was set up by BBVA to automate the management of real-estate repossessions. In a matter of 19 weeks, five weeks shorter than expected, asset admission processes were fully automated and integrated with all internal systems
  • Colpensiones is a newly created state pension department by the Colombian government that serves 6.5 million citizens and performs 28 million activities per month
  • Prince Sultan Military Medical City delivered end-to-end patient care for over 2,000 outpatients in the Family and Community Unit and automated patients’ registration and security processes for a 1,400 bed hospital. In addition to the sheer scale of the project, Bizagi system’s integration with Palm devices solved a crucial problem for the Saudi hospital — patients’ identification using biometric technologies.

Gustavo Gomez, Bizagi CEO, comments:

“I’m delighted that all our customers who were nominated, were selected as finalists for these prestigious awards. This is a great endorsement of our ability to deliver the most challenging BPM projects in the world. This is especially significant as there are BPM initiatives that take years to complete, if at all, while our customers reap significant benefits from deploying flexible Bizagi technology in a matter of weeks.”

The 2013 winners will be announced at iBPMS Expo on October 14 during a gala dinner.

Finalists were selected by a panel of judges drawn from the award sponsors and will receive additional recognition by having their case studies published in the annual edition of BPM Excellence in Practice by Future Strategies.
