January 15, 2015: The Exmoor White Horse Inn is set among picturesque natural beauty. It is a perfect vacation spot any time of the year and offers fine dining while hosting weddings and business events. The owners of the inn have announced Country Pursuits, covering a full range of outdoor excursions including fishing, clay pigeon shooting, and horse riding. 

Fishing instruction will be led by Lewis Hendrie. He will share his fly fishing experience and local knowledge representing the skills of the sport allowing for national and international success. Lewis has participated in international competitions worldwide, representing England and Europe, so is the ideal guide and instructor for the program. 

Visitors can sharpen their shooting skills in time for the season with Exmoor’s Clay Pigeon Shooting program. Intended for beginners and experienced shooters, this outing can be at any one of three clay shoots in the area. It is open for friends and family and for competitive shooters. 

Horse riding is one of the most treasured pastimes of the Exmoor region. Visitors can attend horse and carriage rides, view the Exmoor Pony, and ride on over 400 miles of bridleways. Stable accommodations are available at the White Horse Yard to those who bring along their own horse.
