A new office and new client for JTM Solutions!
This morning, JTM Solutions announced plans for a new office in Norwich! Although details of the plan are currently under wraps, we can officially confirm that Thomas Junior (Assistant Manager of the Essex branch), will not only be taking over a new location for JTM, but also dealing with a brand new client! After being asked by a Regional Director to take on this huge responsibility, Thomas tells us of the excitement he feels at taking the next step in his career. “It‘s a great honour to be asked to work with a new client and I‘m confident any office I run will be a success. I love the city of Norwich and can‘t wait to get everything underway!â€
Mr Junior is also looking forward to the prospect of helping others accomplish the feats he has during his time at the Essex leg of JTM Solutions, “I really want anyone who works for me to have the same amazing levels of support I have been offered during my time in Colchester. I believe the lessons I have learnt from Josh Peace (Manager of the Essex Office) will be carried with me into my new position and I hope to progress members of staff up the career ladder as rapidly as possible!â€
Promoting Thomas and having another location and client within his organization is also cause for celebration for Mr Peace. “Having already opened an office in Cardiff this year and watching the growth and success there, I am confident Thomas and the team can do the same in Norwich†says Joshua. “I am extremely proud of him. His work ethic and fabulous attitude towards everything in life have contributed massively to his success in this office and although he will be sorely missed here, we wish him good luck in Norfolk!â€
